You are responsible for 1. the bachelor party. 2. getting the ring to the ceremony 3. getting the groom to the ceremony, and 4. giving a toast at the reception.

Oh yeah and don't forget to decorate the car (the other guys should help with this too)

The poster above, has listed the general requirements. But I wanted to add, that some of those aren't necessary, it really depends on how fancy the wedding is.
With my wedding, there was no bachelor/bachelorette parties, and no wedding toast at the reception. Not to mention, I held onto the rings until the ceremony, because mine was so small, I didn't want it to get lost.

The first answer is pretty much it, but I would add that you HAVE to make sure the groom has something to eat the day of the wedding. I've had a few grooms pass out from not eating after the party the night before.
