hi i have been and paid for a pug puppie she is not ready yet but on the 23rd dec i pick her up i am abit worried the people i am picking her up from is now whening her and i am not sure what to buy to feed her do i bye the dryed puppie food or will i have to carry on with her rice she is having

You should be able to switch her to dry puppy food, just remember to transition her gradually by mixing the new food with whatever she is eating now.

Keep in mind, you get what you pay for--it is worth the money to buy a better quality food, as it makes the dog poop less and doesn't smell as bad.

My pug developed an allergy to chicken and lamb, she now eats Natural Balance Salmon and Sweet Potato dry food mixed with Natural Balance Beef canned food.

the rice is added for additional protein to help the puppy grow. The puppy should be weaned from this by 8 weeks, hopefully the time you will be getting her. Transition foods slowly to avoid stomach upset and use a quality food.

You will upset its stomach if you change the food right away. Continue with what the pup has been eating and slowly add the desired food over a weeks period until it is all the new food.

you first start with the rice. Then you slowly add dry dog food to the rice. And eventually Stop putting rice in.
