There are three major kinds of bottled water:
Distilled is tasteless and flavorless. It is the purest and usually only used when ANY additives would cause problems- like in some steam irons, etc.
Spring or well water packaged from a specific source of water should clearly state what the source of water is. Each source has different minerals and chemicals, lending it a unique flavor. Unless there is something really special about the source, there is no health benefit here.
Most other bottled waters are filtered tap water. Check the label carefully.
Recent studies have shown that most people (like 80%) like their own tap water in double-blind studies- and unless there is something wrong with your tap water or the pipes, it si perfectly safe and healthy (and cheap!)
Other studies have found that as much as 25% of the bottled water from major brands is contaminated by bacteria or chemicals. Still pretty safe to drink- but in general, your tap water is safer.
As far as 'healthy'? Water is water. The issue is the other stuff. Even then, most of the 'other stuff' is not known to be a health issue (a few wild claims aside.)

By "Pure" water, do you mean "PUR" water, that is, filtered with a PUR water filter? Or do you mean Aquafina -- "Pure water" purified?
I think that, technically, spring water is NOT filtered--that's the point, it just comes from a natural spring. The jury's out on whether purified water, from a Britta, is any healthier than the stuff coming from your tap (because the carbon injected into the water may or may not be better for you than the nitrates in the tap). But, as noted, many cities have fluoridated (sp) water, which injects fluorine into the water to protect your teeth.
I think in general, water is water. If you're hydrated, your body is happy. The particular mechanism (and how much you're willing to spend) doesn't matter that much, so long as it's not straight from a river!

You are drinking purified water or spring water ?
Purified may have residual chemicals although ozone usually dissipates rapidly. Some waters may still have their mineral content which if there is heavy calcium, it can taste chalky. Pure water, hydrogen and oxygen has no actual taste. You need to figure out if you are sensing the chemical or mineral taste. Try another brand of spring water, preferably treated with ozone.

Without a doubt, natural spring water is far better to drink. Choose a variety of natural spring waters so that you get the benefit of minerals. Distilled water as your regular drinking water is dangerous in the long run because it is said that the distilled water leaches precious minerals from your system

recent studies have shown that spring water is no healthier than tap water. the only water that is "healthier" is the vitamin enriched stuff.

Bottled water uses distillation that eliminates flouride ions which are useful for teeth. It is better to drink filtered tap water.
