If it's definitely MH then unless your manager is clinically able to make that sort of judgement you need to discuss this with your manager's manager.

What !!! of direction he has an consultant on psychological wellbeing subject concerns, merely as any government in ability has advisors on education, the wellbeing facility equipment etc. psychological wellbeing is a close-by which has been lacking investment for plenty too long and the latest resignation of the PM's consultant is indicative of this. some distance be it for me to shelter the PM yet it somewhat is how our government works and is no longer something out of the traditional neither is this tale worth of being published right here.

Your manager can refer you to Occupational Health without your concent, this department may have a mental health specialist.
