Is it possible that you don't give him enough alone time, and your sister is always around?

Your sister will always be your sister and you should do some things with her. But your relationship needs some space too.

On Divorce Court once, there were these twin sisters who were always together or on the phone. They had no disconnected time.... and it drove the husband away.

It was so bad that when he planned a romantic getaway to see his wife's favorite country singer in concert.... he had booked a nice hotel room, etc...... and then the sister tagged along! The sisters shared the bed and he slept on the floor! He didn't invite her and wanted to do something romantic with his wife. It was very sad.

You need to make sure you are finding a healthy balance in your relationships. Discuss that with your sister too..... she needs to understand it for her own life as well.

Best Wishes,

Sue

One thing you have to keep in mind is that long after your boyfriend is dumped by you your sister will always be there. Find out what his problem is specifically and try to talk to him about it but don't neglect your relationship with your sister over a guy. Good luck.

Sounds like some adjusting needs to be done at each end. Does your sister have a boyfriend? Sit back and take a good look at the players in this triangle, then make your decision.

This may sound mean but sorry family is family if he cant deal with the fact that you have a close realtionship with your sister then bye bye.Maybe he's jealous, not of the time your spending without him but because you have a close family.Maybe he's never had that and has wanted it.Talk to him first, but to me
Family first!

He has no reason to be pissed. He actually needs to get over it or you need to move on. I had a similar problem with an ex who couldn't get over how close me and my cousins are (boys and girls). For a while I even seperated myself from them and didn't talk to them for a month, in the end, they were really hurt, and I was miserable. I ended up just looking for someone who could appreciate who close me and my family members were.

Who cares if the bf is pissed????
He should not be getting pissed because you are close to your sister. Stick with your sis and dump the bf.
That sounds like he is a control freak and if you let him he will seclude you from everyone. NOT GOOD!!

I think you need to explain to him how important your relationship with your sister is too you. If he don't understand that, it's not a good thing. You want someone who understands things like that and who don't mind you spending time with other people. I really think that your relationship with your sister is a great thing and your boyfriend not liking it should not cause you and your sister to grow apart. Becareful :0(

Well, this could be an issue depending on how old you and your sister are. Th best way to resolve this would be to have a exclusite time for each one. Lets say: Friday night would be for you and your boyfriend, and she cant call, hang out or be anywhere nearby. Saturday night will be sister's time and you both can be as lesbians as you want to be and he cant call/show up/bother/watch.
Good luck!

If he isn't comfortable with the relationship you have with your *twin sister*, of all people, he will never be comfortable with you having any relationships...with friends or familiy.

Ditch the jerk; your twin sister is more important than a man with low self-esteem who expects you to sever your ties with loved ones so he can have all of your attention.
