Years of Bible studies didn't work because now I'm not even Christian lol, but I still retained the knowlege.
At the end there is only going to be two churches. The good one and the bad one. The good one is the true church and the bad one is the devil's church. The bad church is actually a church that no women will have little power in and problems with all the men in power. (Priests molesting boys?? lol)
The devil is suppose to go around saying he's Jesus walking around and preforming miracles. He's suppose to look like Jesus and fool the majority of the world.
There's going to be the plagues and all the bad whether stuff and volcanos, ect. All of a sudden the real Jesus is suppose to come back to earth on a "cloud of angels". Everyone on earth no matter where they are is suppose to see this. All the good Godly people will be protected when all the bad people will be killed.
After every bad guy is dead the world is going to get burned and started over. Then Jesus is going to make heaven here on Earth...
Sounds fun huh? Now you know why I'm not Christian anymore?

Sure-
1 figure a generation from 1948 the starting date
2 There is no rapture (rapture theory started about 1880)
3 Natural disasters increase the closer we come to the end of the generation
4 A man, (Satan) will rise to be the world leader
4a. Most likely come out of Rome
5 The middle east will be the center of world finance
6 The US will no longer be a world power
For a start date if a generation is 70 years about 2018 (2012 - 2025)
There is a whole lot more but this is the basics

As you know, understanding the Revelation of John is not easy and takes a greater discourse than would be appropriate in this forum. If you would really like to look into this book, here is a study from one of the best Bible scholars that I know. It's on line, free, and NO salesman will call.
God's Final Word
Understanding Revelation

The message of Revelation has been hidden in a special way by God. Here is how He did this: He took John outside of time and allowed him to see the end of all things. John saw events that happened in heaven and events that happened on the earth. After John had seen things which he had no way of knowing what they were, God brought him back to his own time and told him to write down what he had seen.
God used this method of hiding the message because John could only describe things in terms of what he knew. It's like someone from Little House on the Prairie days describing cars, jets, missiles, computers, and modern day identification methods.
The secret message of Revelations continues to be unveiled as we draw closer to the time John witnessed. We continue to understand more and more as the days approach because we start to recognize what he must have seen when he only had his own knowledge to describe it.
This is the method only God could have come up with to reward those who diligently seek Him and His truth. All others will be confused. God promises that He will reveal Himself (and his secrets) to those who receive Jesus Christ as Savior and allow God's Holy Spirit to lead them.

It's "Revelation". The Revelation of Jesus Christ. No "s".
Rapture is a modern "invention". Made up by a failed Anglican clergyman, who was the first to widely teach this false doctrine. His name was John Darby, and he lived during the 1800's

The book of Revelations is actually a history book. It Tells how the Roman hierarchy were treating the christians during that period in history. You know the saying; "We learn from the past".

No one can explain Revelations. Or a hundred people could explain Revelations and each would have a different interpretation. Suffice to say, the bible is fiction!

Revelations was about the fall of the Roman Empire. You're 15-16 centuries too late.
