Hepatitis A is transmitted via fecal matter (poop). If you are performing anal sex, including anal-oral sex, on someone who is infected with Hepatitis A, you are at high risk of contracting it from them.

There is a vaccine against Hepatitis A and Hepatitis B. If you believe you are at risk of either of these illnesses, visit your doctor or vaccination clinic and ask to for the Hepatitis A and B vaccines.
