i live in very conservative socity where its not allowed for us to date
in my school , there is a guy who stare at me all the time and sometimes follow me on my way home but never say award to me
cuz i dont have direct relationship with boys only if there is need ( workshop or do research in group with boys )
oneday he left a love note written in french but didnt determine to whom he left it
he keep staring at me , in fact i admire him too but cant talk to him
i want him to start expressing himself
could he be that shy ? or he is scared from my reaction ?
what can i do to make him talk to me ?

Extreme shyness could be the answer this has been proven. Being shy leaves the mind in a weak state so if you approach he may say nothing at all or lack the words even compiling and reasonable sentence. How to end this you must make him feel comfortable approach him ask very general topics. Only by your self no friends no one. Keep talking in till you notice he feels comfortable when you touch his hand or shoulder. Then lay the Question out why do follow me do you like me and what not. Shyness is a form of fear it's the unknown, I hate the term one is shy can't handle rejection. Simple if you don't like him as a mate maybe you'll like him as a person that all one wants.

he sounds like a stalker...well, maybe he's just shy and waiting for you to say something to him. You could try writing him a note and tell him you like him. Or better yet ask him if he likes you and why he keeps staring at you and following you home.

Well it looks like to me he likes you. The stares, the following you are all signs of likeing you. He will show himself more once you start talking to him.

He could be shy or it could be the environment you're both in that frowns on boy/girl relationships.

if you want him to talk to you smile at him when you realize he is looking at you wink at him anything that he will realize if hes shy he will blush and look away mostliky .... if nothing else you could always just talk to him...

Just talk to him. Just because you talk to him, or befriend him doesn't mean that you are "dating in school". Just being polite and expanding your friendships.
