It is already cooked. You can't freeze a live lobster or the meat will spoil. You can do anything you want with it. Defrost it first and then let your imagination run wild.

i could thaw them interior the refrigerator for 8-10 hrs in the previous cooking them. i think of you could prepare dinner them frozen, yet they are going to be extra tender if thawed. And definite, i've got faith 10-quarter-hour sounds approximately top, possibly even much less even with the undeniable fact that (counting on the size). you certainly do no longer prefer to over prepare dinner them. Over cooked lobster or crab gets caught to the shell and stressful and rubbery (think of roughly how long you prepare dinner shrimp). take excitement in!

My husband just throws the frozen tails in a pot of boiling water with the juice and rinds of a couple lemons. He says it takes about 10 minutes.
And thanks for reminding me that I need to order more tails!

Is it red. If its red its cook and you just need to reheat. If its not red just defrost and boil until its red and solid. Don't over cook. I prefer to stir fry it in a wok with spicy black bean sauce. Just chop it up fry it up in a wok. Add black bean sauce and green onion.

Just boil a pot of water and put them in, leave them until they are a bright red color. They are best with a butter sauce. Hope this helps!!!
