He is 31 year old History teacher and I like him. I dont know how to hint it to him. Iv seen him outside school a few times but we never talked. At the moment I give him the impression that I dont like him because he is really strict.

You don't. Any relationship he would have with a student would jeapardize his job and even land him in jail.
What you have is a crush.... you'll get over it. I think everyone gets a crush on a teacher at some point while they are in school, so you are not bad or unusual. But it is just a crush. Move on and find someone your own age.
