Klaver = Clover
Weiden = Meadows

So the name is "Clovermeadows" ( = meadows of clover).

Having the last name my self, I've hear two seperate meanings:

1)Clover Meadow, and

2) White Cheese;

but from what I can tell, it seems the former is more appropriate than the later.
