Lets start with the obvious how about asking her? Or if you want to surprise her and she still believes in Santa, have her sit down and make a list for "Santa" tell her that you'll personally deliver it for her. Then you'll know exactly what she wants.
Most girls her age usually like barbie dolls, anything princess like dolls, movies, blankets, etc. Or costume jewlery in the kids section. Or if she has a favorite show for example Dora the Explorer get things she doesn't have or things that need replacing like a new lunch pale with her favorite cartoon character, new shoes, clothes etc. Hope that helps

How about a personalized book? Kids really love to hear/read their own name in the storyline. my 7 year old daughter is getting an mp3 player (an inexpensive one-$40), an idog and accessories to go with it, a game boy advance micro, her favorite series of chapter books-little house on the prairie, a couple of board games and moon sand.

Do you even know what her interests are?? If not.. ( that would be sad ) try to get it out of her...see what she is in to.. Dora the explorer..etc... Im amazed that she hasnt already told you a million and one things she wants including a pony LOL
