All I know is that muscle weighs 3X as much as fat does. It's not important how much you weigh... it's important how healthy you are. I am 5ft 4inches, and weigh 155pounds. Most people would think that was really heavy, but I'm not fat at all! I am muscular, though.

Body Mass Index (BMI) = Mass (kg)/Height (m squared)
*for calculating adult BMI

So this girls BMI would be 65 kg/(1.64 m)squared

This yields a BMI of 24.2

How to interpret BMI results:
Below 18.5 Underweight
18.5 – 24.9 Normal
25.0 – 29.9 Overweight
30.0 and Above Obese

to figure this out you need to work out her BMI
BMI = wt / (ht)squared
= 64/ (1.64)squared
= 23
she has a normal weight
underweight is BMI > 19
Normal BMI 19-25
Overweight BMI < 25

BMI is body mass index in case you were wondering
