In those behavioral health client reports what does the abbreviation SCONF stand for?

I am sorry to respond when I don't have the answer, but I worked in the medical field for a while and anytime they had that acromyn, it called for a conference; such as BCONF was always a board conference, MDCONF was a conference with the MD in charge of the case. I do not know if that what it means in the mental health field.

I go to church with a few social workers and will be meeting with them tonight. I will ask and get back to you if they know.
