Upon further inspection, since the book is actually called the "Holy Bible", drop the second, and drop the L and Y from holy, you get "HO BILE".

Yes, it's just a coincidence. The name of the Bible comes from the Greek word for book, which comes from the name of the Phoenician city of Byblos.

Etymologically, the term "Bible" just means books or set of books. Thus a bibliophile is one who loves books, not one who loves the Christian Bible, necessarily.
