Pate stuffed tomatoes...very easy....

buy some large tomatoes...cut in half, then with a small spoon take out the insides, flesh, juice, pips, etc,
place in a bowl and add same quantity of pate-any pate will do-but my favourite is Ardennes, add a little salt and pepper-mix well with a fork or hand held blender, then stuff the mixture back into the tomatoes.....can be served cold or can be baked in oven for 10mins-delicious either way...can be served on their own,or with some toast!

or try Avocado,Bacon, toast nibbles....my own invention....cook some bacon in the oven until very crispy, remove skin from avocado and cut bacon and avocado into same size pieces....make some toast...divide into 4quarters(triangles)...and serve the toast with a layer of avocado and bacon on each triangle!

Cherry tomato Bloody Marys!

You need to get a syringe and a load of cherry or baby plumb tomatoes. Inject a full measure of vodka into each one.

Keep at room temperature and dust with celery salt.

Prepare an hour before serving. Not too long before or the alcohol will evaporate!

Honestly...the best memories of ANY munchie that I had was this one punch. I cannot tell you what was in it, but it was DELICIOUS! yum yum. Sorry I don't have the recipie. Besides that, it would be the "make your own wraps" thing. My aunt did this once. Set a stack of tortillas out, put ham/cheese/roast beef/sour cream and whatever else you can think of and people can make their own wraps. It sounds like your making THEM do the work, but it's more fun than hassle.

A Mexican appetiser i saw online and made at a fellowship. They were jalapenos peppers filled with cream cheese, wrapped with bacon then oven baked for 25 mn.
I used this recipe but switched the chilies with red and green peppers. It was a success!

not sure if their original but I have never seen them b4 and they looked great.
make a sandwich any thing you want say (ham) cut off the crusts then roll the sandwich with your rolling pin, when completely flat (i mean really flat) slice strips of the sandwich then take each strip and roll it up like a rolly poly, they look great honest so much better than making sandwiches and their bite size once rolled you can put anything in them
hope i have helped.x

One bar I like serves a broiled Gorgonzola cheese plate with toasted rye bread. It's amazing! It's cheese dip with a very distinctive twist.
