I have really bad hair, I keep it braided 90% of the time because it is extremely thin. My hair grows then falls out again all the time and I am tired of braids, but when I cut and style it a month or two later it is falling out. What should I do to keep my hair growing and strong? PLEASE HELP ME!

The braids are thinning your hair. Sadly most stylist are not going to tell you that because they want your money. 1st stop wearing the braids. 2nd after washing your hair combine 2 eggs and 1/2 cup of mayonaise or purchase the egg and mayonaise deep treatment and put in your hair like shampoo and sit under a hot dryer or heating cap. The eggs and mayonaise restores hair protein and will strengthen your hair. If possible do this every 2 weeks and wear your hair natural and loose until it is strong again. If you cannot wear it natural then it is better to have your hair pressed with a hot comb than to have a relaxer or any kind of chemicals until it is strengthen.

Use pure Olive or Carrot Oil Sheen to moisturize your hair.

I had a very short boy cut for almost 8 years. My hair has recently in 2 years grown to the middle of back just by doing these things.

Walgrees sells hair products made for hair that is thinning and falling out. Rogaine seems to be the leading product these days, but is very costly. You may want to try some protein serum with vitamin E or a good shampoo and conditioner that promotes hair strength and restoration. You may also want to consult a local salon to see what they recommend.
