Ensure or Boost -- both should be available at a drug store -- maybe a grocery store. They are milkshake-like meals in a can. It will keep you hydrated and nourished -- both very important for healing. They have enough calories and nutrients to keep you going when you can't eat normally. They taste OK -- but definitely not like a good steak.

Beside the above suggestions Yogurt, jello, soft boiled eggs
milk shakes, any soft food that is not crunchy or hard
baby fruits. I love the oatmeal for everything, and Farina
I had 3 wisdom teeth removed at the same time, came right home and ate soft boiled eggs.

Eat mashed potatoes, those fill you up and tastes good. If you have a food blender, blend some ground beef or chicken. It may look like ugh until you mix it with sone veges such as beets or cabbage, then it looks like a hearty soup.. There are some recipes for other hearty soups, just run them by the blender and you're good.

Hi there.
I was a dental assistant for years. I used to recommend to my patients.....oatmeal. You can eat all of the flavors. Make sure that it is very thick. If it is soupy it will lodge in your sockets. You do not want that. Also, soft scrambled eggs...almost anything soft. Oatmeal will really fill you up, ease the upset tummy with all the meds....and has an immense amount of fiber to help with other problems from anesthesia.
Take care and good luck!

If you have a blender put some cooked veggies in it with a little gravy or milk to soften it. It just tastes like a stew that you don't have to chew...I've been there & have tried this...it's good.
Get well soon.
