Me and my ex broke up 2 years ago. We went out for about a year and he broke up with me because we were in a stressful situation and I think his parents were involved. We haven't contacted each other since then. It took me a while to get over him, but I did. Sometimes I do think about him because I did love him. But do you think he thinks about me sometimes?

I'd say it would be hard to be with a person for a year and not at least think about them occasionally.
You sound like a really caring person. I would just be careful not to dwell on the past if I were you. Heartache takes a while to heal. It doesn't mean you should still be in the relationship. It just means you are a giving, open individual. When you love someone, it's for keeps. Just remember: there is someone out there in the world who will love and appreciate those qualities about you...even if it's not your ex.

While I would not approach him, because both of you are moving on with your lives. When you love someone, you don't forget.
After more than 35 years, I still think of my first real girl friend / love. My parents got in the way of that relationship. For my own good... just didn't see it that way at the time.

to the girl next door, I'm sure you do cross his mind you had two years together you made some history. do you still love and want him? maybe now that he is older he may? see his family was involved in the relationship. do you know where he is and is he single? if so call him and invite him out to eat. you can talk and you will know if he really thinks about you. sometimes we have so much pride we hurt ourselves and let life/love pass us bye. if he does not want to go you will know. have you tried to move on? or cant you let go? if, not what will it hurt to contact him? i wish you happiness

Let me tell you, you haven't got over him because if you did you wouldn't be asking this question. Guys and girls don't think or feel a like. To be honest yes he think about but you will never know because it's a guy thing.

This same situation happened to me...we dated for 8 months...and we have been broke up now for almost a year...not 2 though...ne ways i still have contact with him...but not much..he has a girlfriend..who hes been dating a while now..but he still says he thinks of me and things remind him of me...so my answer would be yea...the best bet is he still thinks of you...;)

I'm sure you name comes up here and there. it's pretty much the way it just is or something will spark a thought and you will come to mind just like he comes to your mind. hopefully, he won't do to you what the only girl who broke my heart did to me and that was to call me three years later and thank me for opening her up sexually and bringing her out of what she thought was all there was to it and showed her a whole new world of enjoyment and pleasure (just to share it with someone else). good luck.
