I am quite sure that the Drake has a very good brunch. Another good place to try though would be Lou Mitchell's Restaurant. It is at 565 W Jackson Blvd and it really can't be beat.
Definitly try it!!

The Grill on the Alley has a good brunch it is located at 909 N. Michigan in the Westin Hotel.

Your options are wide open since there are so many restaurants between Michigan and Clark, from the Drake to the River.
Two options you may want to check out:
Foodlife which is in Watertower. It's a bunch of different types of restaurants in a big area. You can go to any station and get whatever you want.

Get in a cab and go to Lou Mitchel's or Orange. The Best two places for breakfast in all of Chicago!

The House of Blue's has a gospel brunch that was very fun. I'm not religious at all and I loved it. It was actually very fun and the food selection was wonderful.
