You should not put Goose-Fat in the Freezer !
It's a Natural Preservative. If you make Goose or Duck just keep it in the Refrigerator. Last's for about a Year, if you keep it on a constant Temperature !!!!!!
By the Way, it tastes really great if you spread it on fresh Country-Bread with roasted Onions and Salt and Pepper.
