read it outloud so you can hear it, then write it several times.. Repeat it to yourself again several times after you've written it.
make up a silly phrase that helps you remember a list of words using the first letter of each word.

I write it over and over again until i can memorize it...then I say it out loud over and over again one sentence at a time.

read it slowly and loudly. also reread several times to make sure u understand it or memorize it
