I used to think it was every night. This is apparently not the right answer, as I have come to find out. The real answer is none of them. Binge drinking is a waste of time. It's not even that much fun. Espcecially when considering how you fell the next day, how much it costs, and the things you do over the course of that night.

Well binge drinking IS bad for you, but friday is good if you don't have to work on Saturday or Sunday. Saturday is good if you don't have to work on Sunday, but if you work 7 days a week you have to never binge drink or get used to having a really crappy almost nonfunctional morning at work.

I think Saturday night is...so that you have Sunday to sleep late, and recooperate. And also, all other partier's are out late that night, so you don't end up binge drinking by yourself. Don't listen to all these other ya hoo's saying you'll die. You won't. If you get sick...or feel like dying, just puke! LOL. Good luck buddy

Best night for binge drinking is the 12th of Never -- binge drinking is good way to kill yourself, get permanent brain damage, or become an alcoholic.

I prefer Saturday night. I have Saturday off unlike Friday so I can get plenty of rest in the morning plus I am not exhausted from working all day and with Sunday off I have a few extra hours to recover.

Depending on your work schedule, your friends preference, and what night stuff is going on. My night...or two nights are Fri. and Sat. cause I don't have to work. With the right beverages and right group of people any night is a good night to party, so long you don't have to work for the man in the morning.
