not really, If a guy is interested in you, he usually ask what you think when you are holding a conversation, This means he wants to know about you and your views. This is a good sign of starting a relationship. Good Luck

not always, could mean that he just wants to be the center of attention. either get use to it or run, cause it will be that way and worse down the road.

yesit's more likely that he likes to spend his time talking to you and being around you cuz he finds you interesting ..so it could be a sign of showing his interst in you
