Is it just by eating too much fats and.......or what?

Each and every food has its own good and bad things in it.So plan accordingly such that u get almost all the vitamins in ur daily food and try to reduce fatty foods.Try to eat more spinach, greeny vegetables(half cooked),little rice,more cereals like wheat,Ragi,eat fruit salads,little nuts.

lots of protein and lots of carbs. But you have to lift and sleep alot to let your muscles rest so they repair quickly. Stay away from gear "steroids" because these are gains only of water weight. That you will lose in off peak seasons. then you will look like Sylvester Stallone in the new rocky movie all old and baggy. GOD THAT MOVIE looks bad.
But anyway try to take a protein and weight gainer mix that they sell. You dont have to buy the high priced ones. Go to bodybuilding.com and go under there suppliers they give you the cheapest prices to most expensive.
If you have problems with sugar or diabetes i would say stay away from these because of the suger and gluco content.

PS eat lots of fish and chicken always grilled not fried or backed. If you have a George formans grill those are the best for it. Never add condiments to your food neither.

As Jack LaLanne used to say, "Exercise is King, Diet is Queen", which presumably means that exercise is more important than what you eat. You can get stronger quickly if you spend several hours a week in the gym.

You need to eat protein and exercise your muscles to the point they hurt. When a muscle hurts from normal use it has minor injuries which self repair stronger each time. Always allow time for your musles after a workout buy resting.

Listen Hot Boy, maybe you're supposed to be one of the weak ones. Did you ever stop to consider that? The strong ones need to be able to organize your people in order to better serve our needs. Without you and your type, who would do our bidding? I know this seems confusing, especially after hearing everything your family and friends will tell you, but it's true. They know it too, but are afraid to hurt your feelings by explaining things to you so truthfully. Fact is that they probably need to use you too! Life's not fair ... but what is ... I mean really? Remember the Master Blaster in Mad Max? I rest my case!

Exercise and eat healthy, not fatty foods. Get a good book on nutrition.

Yeah, you need to eat at least a pound of lard a day, that will make you nice and strong.

build your immune system, and lift weights every other day
Take vitamins after u eat.
