Her n i have been eye flirting for over a year now.
She gets jealous when i talk to someone.
She waited for me after class, so her & I can flirt.
She smiled at me when her n I were flirting
Aftetr the flirting session, she waits for me to leave first before she leaves.
Negative assumptions---
She's not shy talking to other people but she never talks to me.
She's really hot and she can get anyone she wants, mayb she's not used to making the first move.

well when you can tell that when u r interested in someone and they show (she shows ) she is interested then usually the guy will ask the girl out not the other way around.If a girl doesn't care about being the one to ask she will but even though we r in the yr 2000 it is still the same as back in the day and a guy still aske the girl but now adays women do ask men to .

I think you need to just ask her how she feels about you. Sometimes girls can just be huge flirts with no intentions of taking it further. If you have been "eye flirting" for over a year now and nothing physical has happened, it might be a sign that she doesn't like you as much as you like her. Unless you just ask her, you will continuously wonder how she feels. I had a friend in a similiar situation, and when she asked the guy about it he said he just liked her as a friend.

She want you to make the 1st move, cos thats what all girls expect the guys to do. What she is doing is body language, she is using her body language to give you some signals and if u really understand body language, then u know what next to do.
But when u approach her, and during your discusion ask her you would want both of you to be friend
During your friendship period, try to study her characters and see if she is the type of girl u want.
After which when go to the next level if she passes all your requirement.

Girls usually aren't. Be forward. Step out on the limb and ask how she feels about you. You may be surprised, either way though at least you will know and can either pursue her or move on.
