Not a girl, but I can answer this anyway.
Everyone is different. Some like it, some don't. Some don't even understand our fascination with their bodies. Most women want a tactile connection aside from sex, but some don't, because they're more independant.
Once again, it depends on the individual, so you should be asking whoever you're dating/seeing/whatever this question, instead of a bunch of random people if you expect to make her happy.
