You need to check labels for this.
Um, your question is WAY too broad.
But make sure the ingredients in the ingredient list is labeled: WHOLE-GRAIN/WHEAT FLOUR (If it's a flour product), or WHOLE-GRAIN BRAN, etc . If it just says "Wheat flour" - Don't assume it's Whole Grain!
