A situation as uncomfortable as this one sounds should not be ignored or put on hold. You should seek professional help in this case not an over the counter remedy. Time is of the essence, so make an appointment with a dentist and let them give you a proper diagnosis. Otherwise, you may lose more than time on this one.

you have a cavity from what you have stated. Go to the pharmacy and get this little bottle of fill in that they sell. go to the pharmacist and ask where the keep it because i dont remember what its called. Tell them what you have and that you are looking for tooth fill for a cavity until you get to a dentist. You place this stuff on your teeth like Spackle. Dont talk for 1/2 hour and then it will dry keep your mouth open too.
When it dries it will be hard like your tooth and the pain will go away.
The reason for the pain when you talk is because air is going into the hole and the bass from your voice and tongue movements is causing the pain.
the tooth fill item will place a stop to this like i mentioned. More than likely you get this pain to when you drink something hot or cold. Just make sure to see a dentist. Because if though you have closed the hole temp it will continue to grow as well you will get an infection in there. Causing your gums to get infected or worse.
Happy holidays.

Ibuprofen has always worked best for tooth pain for me, but you don't want to take too much, too often. How long before you have insurance? A lot of dentists will make payment arrangements with you, if you have a means to pay. Are you working at all? Could your parents or family help you? Sorry, I know how miserable tooth pain can be.

Go to the drug store and buy Oil of Clove. Put a small amount on a Q tip, then apply directly to the tooth. Doesn't taste good! But it will help. But this is very temporary, get to the dentist soon. See if there is a school for Dentistry where you live, you can get work done there cheaply by students that are being supervised by real Dentists. Good Luck!

wow, this is kinda a bizarre Q. I've never heard of someone havin pain when they talk loud. OK, you can't afford a dentist so i say, avoid eating on that side of your mouth till you can get it fixed. I know peeps who've done this upwards of 6months with no side effects cept an aching jaw on 1 side. 2nd, swill regular with a super disinfectant mouth wash "EVERY" nite, or as often as possible. if the hole is deep enough & food gets in there it CAN & WILL get infected if it isn't already. You must basically maintain that hole as antiseptic as poss. Then SAVE the hell up & get yo *** to a dentist girl! seriously, if it does infect, it can get into your bone then there'll be complications and it won't be an easy to fix & probably lots more expensive later.

it seems like your tooth is decaying.
the only thing a pharmacy could give you
would be strong pain killers
i would say paramol as it is the strongest pain killer you can buy.
but a dentist would be the best thing.
