Nice try. They use high-security keylock sets on board the aircraft.
Keypads are commonly used in the airports but work in conjunction with an access badge. You need two things to open the lock. Something you have -- the card, and something you know -- the PIN for the card. If you try to open a door that you are not cleared for, the alarms go off.

Piper Seminal (small 2 engine plane) has weak locks on the doors, easily broken by accident sometimes! Then once inside, theres no key. Its a "big boy" airplane, no key required. I guess all larger planes are the same, no key to start the plane...

Yep....each and all of the time. I carry 2 keychains on workdays. One keychain is crammed with keys for my place of labor and the different is my own keys (domicile, vehicle, secure, etc). i would be status in front of my workplace door attempting to open it with my domicile key. i will stare on the keychain, flipping in the process the differnet keys to discover the ideal suited one till I are conscious of it somewhat is the incorrect keychain. same element while i'm at domicile. I do it a minimum of as quickly as a week.
