i think you should wear a light colored dress such as a light pink or soft blue and it can still look elegant because having a too dark of one makes a fair woman like yourself look very pale. hope i helped : ]

I would suggest a light shade of brown... the colour that appears in a chocolate milkshake.... with lots of zari work....

or if it is a Saree... you can wear one with a light body and a dark shade border (e.g. ivory and maroon or ivory and bottle green).

In a marriage, there are times when you would have to do some ceremonies alone and some together with your would-be. Choose a dark colour dress for when u are alone and a lighter one for when you are with him.

But do give this a thought.... you marriage is going to be a once in a lifetime opportunity for you as well.... do you want to compromise on the colour of dress you are wearing and look less gorgeous or do you want to look your best?

If you have a fair complexion, I would go with an ivory or off-white to set off your tone. My dress even had a pink skirt. Your husband's complexion shouldn't matter. Congratulations!

It doesn't take a stupid promotion survey to verify what's clearly a remnant of the coloration bias which governs the international. maximum receptionists, television presenters, shopper care executives are White or if colored, they have a basic pores and skin tone. once you call any employer's toll-free decision, even if it truly is a shopper from the advanced international, they positioned on-line a White cheerleading female - and a ghetto accent fat-lipped ho for different customers. obviously, prejudice can in no way be ended - it may in problem-free words be minimized and contained.
