Come to understand your higher nature and watch as your body and mind interact with this. Take note of the things around you and the choices you have, apply your mind.

But overall the best method is by just thinking of things that you enjoy, go do them and see what happens. You must know that most of these things are illusions which stand betwwen you and your soul . A lot of food , a lot of money , a lot of women will disturb you soul to get to the truth .
