For one, if you keep telling your self you suck at everything you will. You have to syay positive. Being negative only brings negative things your way! As for your medication not working, get a second opinion on your ADHD,You may not even need it,if you do they may prescribe a different medication that will help.Doctors give prescriptions like there candy anyway...Now as for being better off dead...life is a lot better even with the struggles and the problems that arise. Or you could get zipped up in a body bag, Have your blood drained from your body, Thrown into a wooden box with 6ft of dirt thrown on you, Laying there wandering why you did something stupid!!! Life has its ups and downs,It's how you deal with them and what you learned from them....

First of all, nobody is better then being dead, so you have ADHD, I know that is an illeness that you do not have control of your own actions, I also, have a granddaughter that has the same thing you have,my daughter gives her medication during school, mos. and when they are in vacations she does not take medication. It is very hard to cope with it but, look at the bright side of things, at least you have a mother that cares for you and helps you do your school work, even though I am sure your mother would like to do more for you,she does all that she can, for that you should thank her for it, because with your sister, as you say she can only help you,as much as she can. My grandaughter is in 8th. grade also, she has problems in trying to cope with the school work but, she is a happy person that tries a lot to be like the other girls in her school. Please try to handle the situation of your school work with a positive attitude and I hope that you will be happier with your accomplishments.

hey, c'mon. don't get down on yourself. a lot of people aren't good at school who don't have your reasons. Please don't give up on yourself, and the world is definitely a better place because you in it!!
it sounds like you have a solution: independent study. you just need some sort of tutor. is there someone who could do that? a neighborhood mom, or a family friend, or someone from your school? maybe some of the money spent on the medications could go to that instead? that way you could study during the week with help and then get to spend time with your mom and sister on the weekend.
you can and WILL make it to highschool! :-) the desire to learn is at least half the battle.
good luck, god bless. hang in there!

You know honey suprisingly enough there are alot of kids like you. you need to learn to persevere in other words go above your own mistakes and short comings no one is perfect and no one expects you to be. i have a friend who is 18 in high school she has adhd. number one i dont believe in ADHD that is just my personal opinion i think anyone can be taught to sit and learn if there is an interest. kids that have add or adhd never where taught to be disciplined know i dont know this for sure i am not either one but i do no that my best friend has grown out of her adhd and is doing very well in school she might be a little behind her peers but she is still getting where she needs to go. i am not telling you to stop taking your medicine. but about when you turn 16 you wont even need them anymore. Your not stupid you can control yourself. and you sat long enough to write this paragraph keep up the good work

Don't give up. I know it seems hard right now, but you will get through this. Try talking to a counsler at school. They might be able to help you with the things that you need. Also tell them that you have ADHD, there are programs for people that can not afford the medication. I think that if you get the meds you need it will help you in school. Don't worry, you will get through this! Good luck and don't give up. Okay?! :)

I Know How You Feel, thinking you are better off dead. But don't give up just because of circumstances that are temporary. Right now I know that school is such a large and important part of your life, I know that it seems like it will never end - but it will.
I agree with the idea of independent study for you with a tutor. Our local school arranged for one child to come to school for two hours a day, in the afternoon when classes were dismissed, and he had access to his teacher's phone number, as well as the vice-principle's as well. See if your school can arrange something like that.

hi Calvyn, i myself comprehend the type you sense! existence curves could be incredibly no longer common each so often. it incredibly is unlucky that individuals are no longer continuously beneficial. although, i've got discovered for the duration of existence that it incredibly is incredibly no longer what happens to you, and it easily itsn't what human beings say or do to you! each so often even our families can harm our thoughts, yet a super type of the situations it incredibly is probable something they're dealing with which you do no longer comprehend approximately! yet I discovered that as long as I study to be Proactive and not Reactive, i'd desire to handle something! you spot Calvyn, existence is all approximately suggestions-set! in case you hold a good suggestions-set as you project any situation, you have the flexibility to pass by using something! i spotted collectively as reading your question, you incredibly Sweat The Small Stuff! it is not well worth it Calvyn! So Confront existence conventional With super expectancies.comprehend That Challgenges Will Come, yet there is not any longer something which will Confront You which you and God would be unable to attend to mutually! So pass available And Make It a super Day!

Suicide should never be entertained my dear. I so pray that you are blessed with a friend or mentor who you can talk openly with about this and any other issues that you are having in your life. Please don't end your life.
I agree with the other poster, please talk to your school guidance counselor. It may be that you need to alter your study and test times to where you can take breaks to clear your thoughts and then start again. Best wishes!
