Apprx 2 weeks ago, I noticed a red bump on the inside of my ring finger (non dominant hand). It is slightly painful when I touch it (I stopped touching it). It appeared, at first, to be a blister. It has a center like pimple would have, but the center appears to semi transparent where the surrounding raised area is hardened and red. The surface of the blemish is smooth with no edema. The skin surrounding this blemish is not affected. Could it be some kind of wart maybe?

Sounds like you might have a form of excema. If the blister like thing pops & clear liquid comes out that might be it. Does it itch also?? Oh & you can start getting it on your feet too...

Yes, that is most likely what it is. You can see a dermatologist if you'd like or just apply wart remover.
