Word of advice: Dont tell the guy that you just want a booty call. He will sort of not respect you for that and will treat you like a booty call. Better bet is just to say you dont want to be in a relationship right now but would love his company. Then he treats you like a lady and everyone is happy.

Flirt with him. Make your intentions known without actually coming off slutty.
First thing I do is make eye contact, then look down, smile & blush. That opens things up for conversation. Send him an email or an IM saying, "what's up?" I saw you lookin at me...". Take whatever he responds with and run with it. Let him know you'd maybe like to get together for an adult beverage after work? Once you've had a few, tell him in the sexiest way possible that you'd really like to take him home for a few hours.

If you honestly just want sex, and are attractive enough that he looks at you, you just approach him and tell him you would like to get together with him. A real man will be turned on by the confidence it takes to approach him with that request. Depending on how forward you want to be, you might even tell him how gorgeous he is to you. If he flirts back with you and you want to steam it up, grab his head gently, and whisper in his ear what you could do to him when you get alone.
