My sisters the same. She's 4 years younger than me (she's 18) and has been with her boyfriend for 2 years. I don't get to see her that often because I don't live at home anymore and most times I go round to my parents, she out with her boyfriend. Anyway, on a few occasions I haven't seen her for almost a month so I've gone to make arrangements to meet her and her reply has been that she needs to check what her boyfriend is doing before we arrange anything! Its quite upsetting and hurtful especially after all we've been through over the years. I think you need to sit down and talk to your sister like I did with mine and just tell her she needs to get her priorities in order.

I have 2 big sis and one is married and the oldest one has a BF!They dont live here,I am only 12 and I feel like an only child, but any way, when my big sis lived here she had a BF and would not do any thing with me! If she did it would be with her BF,so what is the problem she just wants to be with her BF!

i think that's crazy. tell her she needs to work on balancing her boyfriend with other important things in her life. You guys are SISTERS! a sibling relationship is the most important relationship you'll ever have...they are the people that will know you the longest--no matter what. Parents (sadly) pass when we grow up, boyfriends come and go...even husbands do'nt know you for life...tell her this and maybe she'll put it into perspective!

Ask her nicely , but tell her you feel uncomfortable with them smooching etc [that is what boyfriend and girlfriend do]. Tell her that you will help her out one day when she needs it. There always comes a time when she will need something from you, like borrowing your clothes etc, heyyy maybe you can bribe her by letting her wear your favourite outfit. :))

Tell her it can either be just her going and not her boyfriend or she can't go at all.

I guess she feels that it's not that important. Confront her that it bothers you.
