My friend just went through a bad divorce. Her ex has custody of their little girl (age 3) b/c my friend didn't have a house or vehicle and they settled on a no fault divorce. Hes 24 and has an underage girl living with him and being with my friends little girl all the time. The girl is little more than a baby herself. She can't take care of a very active 3 yr old. My friend is scared if something should happen (like if the little girl choked), the girl wouldn't know what to do and shes also bothered by the fact that a girl not even old enough to babysit took her place. This girl is getting to wake up every morning with Nicole's daughter, is feeding her breakfast, and is playing with her all day the way my friend used to. She's scared her daughter will come to like the girl better than her. What should she do?

If she got a house And car now and took good care of her self maybe he can let her be with the child more so the little girl know who her mother is and not that other little girl that is half the baby age.

they dont deny custody to mothers because of no house and car, living with a person you are not married to is an unwholesome environment i would sue for custody back if this is true

She should get her life together as fast as she can and go back to court to challenge custody. She could also report him for having a minor girlfriend.
