If someone came to your house to kill you, what would you do?
Would you fight, or offer him a drink?

I keep a baseball bat by my bed. I'd use it if I could. I hopefully wouldn't kill him, but knocking him out would be good, I've got kids in the house. Then I would tie him up. If he woke up before the cops showed, I'd offer him a drink sure. And tell him about how Jesus changed my ways.

First I'd take the pulse of the situation.
If I really needed to protect myself from certain death, I'd fight and celebrate my victory by drinking alone afterward while I looked through his pockets for loose change.
If it was merely a weak-kneed threat, I'd call the cops and celebrate my victory by drinking alone and wondering where I could get some extra loose change.
If the guy was at the wrong address, I'd hear him out to take the measure of him, find out who he wanted to kill and then celebrate the event over a drink with either him or his intend victim afterwords, and of course, we'd look through the dead guy's pockets for loose change and somehow I might be able to wheedle out the greatest share.
It can all work out well enough in the end, don't you see?

I don't think I would think right enough at that time to offer him a drink and not even that brave to fight with him ,but maybe I'd scream loudly hoping someone hears me and saves me..so i think he would kill me easily if noone was around...

Fight back, naturally. He came to kill me, not the other way around. I"m not sitting there with a gun pointed at me and saying, "let's talk this out." I'm getting out as fast as I can, and I won't pull any punches if he tries to kill me.

Cause: someone attacks me with intent to kill.
Effect: He gets his butt kicked and sent off to jail.
Really, if someone has a grievence against me there's better ways to address it, and if it's random, they made a serious miscalculation on my propensity to be a victim. I'm a redheaded, Irish-blooded, red Mustang-driving, kickboxing MBA and mother bear of 2. A moment's thought will show the folly of messing with me.

The Bible says in it's correct context that You shall not commit murder, big difference between Murder and kill, so if an individual was to enter my house with the intention of killing me, I would defend myself with whatever means I see fit, for it is not I who killed him , but he who came into my house to do so, for it is written, he who lives by the sword shall die by the sword.

Self Defense, or just like runaway from home...Killing him would be really scary though. Maybe hit him something his head not hard so he wont die...

I would start praying that God's will would be done in the situation. He's the only one that knows when we'll die and how.
