Yes, it is normal to not know what to say, and its also normal to still have unresolved feelings for somebody after you have broken up. The question here is WHY did you break up? If it is something that went wrong, maybe you had an argument then it could maybe be fixed by an apology, a chat. A lot of relationships break up becuase people dont talk enough and things go unsaid. If however she maybe decided the relationship wasnt for her or left to be with another, then you will be happier in the long run accepting it is over and finding somebody who wants to be with you.

Maybe she does not like hoodies :))) Maybe you treated her badly , talk to her and tell her how you feel she cannot dump you twice , if she wants nothing to do with you well, then there are plenty of fish in the sea.
