I just purchased a 200 I.U. of Vitamin E pills but is it better to actually take the pills with water or to apply the vitamin E in the pills directly to the area you're trying to restore? Also, is Cocoa butter a better option than Vitamin E?

Hi, You can drink them with some water but I don't know about mixing them with your face cream. I have also a very important note, Vitamin E is a Fat-Soluble vitamin, so you should have those pills with a food containing a source of fats or oil so that this vitamin can be absorbed. Wish you all the best luck

I would apply it directly to the skin. I like it better than cocoa butter.

do both.
but if you are going to do one or the other just injest the pills.
No cocoa is not better.
