I am 5'2" and weigh 8 stone 8lb, my bmi is 22, the range that is normall for me is anything between 20-25.. I dont know how its worked out though!!

My BMI is 26.6. I am considered overweight, but my fat% is 13-14%. I am actually trying to put on some more muscle.

mine is 28 and for my age + height its considered overweight but thats not true because i workout daily,it doesnt matter what the charts say, it could say that your overweight and you could have an extra 80lbs of muscle.
