The only way would be to have someone you know to use it someway illegally and for you to pretend you do not know this person. i.e. your wallet was stolen and you are victim of identity theft. If you simply claim to have lost it, they will reissue the same number. I wouldn't advise doing any of this. It is VERY illegal and the penality if caught is not worth it.

i imagine they were courteously telling you they did not favor to communicate with you because there replaced into no longer something in it for them immediately. you're certainly chatting with the incorrect persons. visit the licenseing place of work on your county and they'll clarify. you will get a good type of the information lower than Georgia authorities on the web...purely struggle through the activates. base line is you are able to't own a vehicle with out a valid license and that i imagine that's virtually each and every state contained in the US. You and your husband perhaps signed onto the titile and he ought to acaquire plates and with your uk drivers let stress the vehicle yet keep in concepts the vehicle must be insured....and that too is the case in a good type of the US. the following utilizing is seen a privalage no longer a good.....akin to the united kingdom i believe. wish that helped as a lot as muddied the waters.

Georgia used to use your SSN as your drivers license #. When you renew, they were asking if you wanted to not use your SSN. Your DL # is assigned to that license so maybe when you renew you can ask. Don't know if they will do it, but it can't hurt to ask. If they ask why, just tell them for your personal identity security.

Be careful of your real reason for change. The change request may cause some investigation. They have ways to find things out.

I'm not sure why you would want ot do this, but if you really need to, I would go to the DMV first and explain what you want to do and see if there is some sort of form to fill out. If it can be done, there is always a form they can provide you with and usually a fee to do it.
