Eating disorders are rarely about food, they are about control. You need to find a counselor that will help you find what in your life is making you feel out of control and teach you beter ways to deal with it. You know you have a problem, go to your doctor to get refered to a counseling center

Do you always see your self as a fat girl? Or are you looking in the mirror and thinking "just a few more pounds"? If it is the latter I had the same problem when I was a teenager, I was actually really thin but somehow I didn't like they way I looked, something was missing, and I always thought that I was just a few pounds away. Turns out years later I found out what was missing. It wasn't just a few more pounds, it was muscle tone. If I had just done some toning exercises I would have been just fine with body image. If however you truly see a fat girl in the mirror then you should discuss with a doctor or counselor your concerns, when these things are not taken care of they can have a snowball effect and can quite literally kill you.

You just having Anxiety Attacks. Start doing positive things with your life, get involved, mow the yard with a push mower. The problem many have with weight, they really not want to do anything. You can eat 300-500 calories a day and still gain weight if you just lay around talking about losing weight. Heck my Daughters could out eat me. They have Ice Cream and Juicy Burgers. Cheese and everything most girls run from. Believe me, they were hot! Dang boys coming around all the time. But, they were good kids. How did they stay fit, trim and perfect Blood Pressure. We hardly ever watched TV, unless it was raining. We had horses and 4-wheelers, Boat, Camping. Fun, Fun, Fun! Heck try wrestling a 1,200 pound Stud Horse to the Ground. These girls could do it, and look good! Ha! These the things that give you self-esteem, a sense of accomplishment. If, you never do anything you lose sight of Dreams. "We dream to live, we live to reach for our dreams". Some happen and some do not. I am curious as to your age and what have you planned for your future? I remember when I was a Teenager, many would talk of the things they were going to do when they grew up. Today it seems Teenagers already think they grew up and have nothing to do.

If this individual is consuming plenty of meals and does not look to ever achieve weight or honestly loses weight, this could be a well signal. Bulimics are obsessive about how they appear. They desire to be skinnier and are under no circumstances convinced with their physically look. People with Bulimia Nervosa will consume with the loved ones (or whoever) after which brush aside themselves to visit the toilet to purge. A individual who has performed this for awhile may have decaying tooth and epidermis discolorations on their hands from the purging (as a result of the belly acid). If you realize any one who has Bulimia Nervosa, aid her (or him). It's an excessively unsafe addiction that would intent extreme belly and esophageal issues or worse. Help! Be a pal and aid the individual realise that what she is doing is enormously unsafe and what would occur if it does not quit.

My best answer for you is to see a nutritionist. They can help set up a plan that's right for you. Or you can limit your daily intake of calories and start exercising more instead of puking. In the long run, it will really help. Try a one- mile run in the morning. Eating more yourt can also help you lose weight .

Hi sweetie, ok I know it would be easiest to just say TALK to somebody in your family but believe me I know how hard that can be. How about this solution instead: record what you eat in a calorie-counter. That way you know exactly how many calories a day you are eating. Then subtract 500 from that amount (A bar of chocolate and a bag of chips) and you should begin losing weight. Further instructions are given on the websites. Two great ones are:

http://www.calorie-count.com
http://www.fitday.com

This way you will be more proactive and feel more in control. This is a better way to control your food intake than by purging. If you want to ask more or just talk to someone, please feel free to email me, ok?
