My wife and I just filed the I-751 form. Can anyone who has been through it tell me how long it took to get approved?

Things have been going very smoothly for us. She had her conditional green card 6 months after we sent in the original paperwork. I hope that's a good sign for this latest petition.

my lawyer told me it can take a couple months to a year, almost like when you applied for the green card.... it just depends on how much detail you sent in with the I-751 form I think.... it can be very quick or not.... depending on if they need to interview you again or if they need more info etc... but they should let you know if they received your application within a certain time etc.... hope this answers the question

certain, the CR189 is the code on your ROC I-751 petition. A month is aready fairly lengthy. Make an infopass appointment to be particular contained in the shape that your card has already been mailed. that's accessible that they despatched it to a incorrect addess or that it were given lost.
