are there CD's i can get that help me start? or should i look for a yoga class?

Definitely ! ı am a yoga teacher and I have been practicing yoga for 3 years now.I can tell that with the breathing exercises,you can control stress,you can manage to enlarge your lungs and more oxygen to your organs and brain.I never felt better in my life and ı thank God for that :-)

Yes, they help to calm the mind and settle it down. At least 15 to 20 minutes per day of meditation helps tremendously.

Absolutely. It really helps me control my "head" and get back into my "heart". I am a very type A person and I have trouble not overthinking things. I can often get anxiety attacks from it. Yoga and meditation has really help calm me down and get "quiet".

tRANSENDENTAL mEDITATION IS WHATI WAS TAUGHT YEARS AGO. IT HAS HELPED ME IN TIMES OF NEED. sorry caps lock. Its uses a mantra which is repeated for 20 mins twice daily. Most meditation is good for thje mind in some way.

Well, I never tried it, but I heard frim alot of people that it works great for stress or anything.
