As far as I know the only person to die was General Fulbright helping the a team rescue his daughter in Vietnam
General Fulbright was introduced to The A-Team in the fourth season taking over from Colonel Decker. General Harlan “Bull” Fulbright stared in The A-Team for the fourth season.
General Harlan Fulbright had a great passion to capture The A-Team. He wanted to succeed where others had failed over and over again. He believed greatly in the cause for getting The A-Team locked up and behind bars. It would had been hard to predict at the start of season four that General Fulbright would become to think The A-Team are innocent.
In General Fulbright’s last episode of season four he hired The A-Team to rescue his unknown till now daughter from Vietnam. He needed The A-Team’s help to do this and the good guys that they are they rescued his daughter for him. After the rescue General Fulbright was convinced that The A-Team were wrongly accused and shouldn’t be fugitives. Unfortunately General Fulbright was shot during the rescue of his daughter and died.

general fulbright was the only person ever to die on the show and his parting death was a bullet in his back and it took him a record 7 minutes 37 seconds to play his dying role.

i don't think anyone died it was part ofn the protocol that ther was no daeth.
