the word "si" can mean "if" if the "i" has a dot on it. It means "yes" if the "i" has an accent.
Your sentance isn't in Spanish, it's in Spanglish but in English it's "If I have hotmail?? You've got a cellphone..do *you* have hotmail?"
Does this make more sense? A lot of the time it would depend on the context.
Btw, I know it's not important but hotmail sux man. Use Yahoo
