yes completely. Boys can get away with so much more because they are "boys" its so lame.

It depends on the family. Yes, but in different ways in different families. .. in one family the boy may be everything and the girl looked down on. .. in another they both may be respected and loved the same but expected to do different things (ie, boy does chores outside, girl does inside chores.)

i play rougher with my son than my daughter. my daughter likes to watch movies with me as opposed to my son which we play ball or video games together - so i think yes they are treated differently not as girls vs boys but as different people have different likes and dislikes - hope my thoughts help

yuppp.....girls are different from boys although they have the same blood,parents treated you as you are a girl and the other treated as a boy.

yes. i think girls don't get to do as much stuff as boys because boys can defend themselves better and girls have to be careful about getting sexually abused and stuff.
