Okay, my worst fear is throwing up. I have never done it and I am 13 years old. Two nights ago, I fell asleep in my moms bed. I just woke up in her bed, got ready and went to school like a normal monday. Then she picked me up from school and I could tell something was wrong. All of a sudden she threw up on the side of the car and then threw up on the road even more. I started to cry because throwing up totally freaks me out. I felt to bad though because she kept saying she was so sorry she scared me and all this stuff. Then I had my dad come and pick me up since my parents are divorced. I went to sleep and woke up and I had a fever and the chilld. Do you think I caught it? I am so scared.

Yeah, You're probably getting the flu. It's not that pleasant but it's nothing to be afraid of. If you feel like you're going to vomit don't fight it. I always feel better instantly when I get it out of my system. Stay away from dairy products for now and even after you vomit take small sips of water (gatoraide would be ideal) so that you can rehydrate your body. Ginger Ale is also a good way to soothe the stomach. Feel better soon.

Sounds like you have a flu or cold virus. It's going around because it's that time of year. The best thing for you to do is drink a lot of fluids and stay warm in bed as much as possible. Throwing up is unpleasant, but it's nothing to be afraid of.

It's possible that you did; however, vomiting is a natural reflex of the body. If you do it, your body will deal with it just fine.
