Exclusive nor gate will produce a HIGH output if the inputs are all HIGH or all LOW. The output goes LOW when the inputs are opposite; one input HIGH and one input LOW.

An Exclusive NOR is nothing but an Exclusive OR with an inverter at the output.
An Exclusive OR gives a 1 output when only 1 of its inputs is 1.
An Exclusive NOR gives a 0 output when only 1 of its inputs is 1.

So the answer is no. 2
